No. You can cancel your subscription at any time, without hidden fees. We do ask that you notify us at least three days before your next renewal date so we can stop the upcoming delivery. You can easily cancel via your account or by sending us an email.

Most people see the first signs of improvement after three to six months. The full results are usually visible only after nine to twelve months. Hair growth takes time, so patience and consistent use are important.

If you stop the treatment, hair loss will eventually return to the rate it was before treatment. Your hair will not fall out faster than before.

After registering, you will complete a medical questionnaire. You then finalize the payment. We do this to ensure our doctors only receive serious inquiries.

One of our BIG-registered doctors will then assess your situation and determine which treatment is suitable for you. If additional information is needed based on the questionnaire, the doctor will contact you.

If a treatment is prescribed, our partner pharmacy will prepare the medication and deliver it discreetly to your home. Through our platform, you will always have access to your treating physician for questions or any adjustments to your treatment.

If our doctor determines, based on your medical questionnaire, that the treatment is not suitable for you, you will receive a full refund. The amount is usually back in your account within two business days.

With the quarterly subscription, you receive 100 pills every three months. With the annual subscription, you receive 365 pills for the entire year in one shipment.

Since an annual subscription requires less frequent production and shipping, we can pass these savings on to you. This makes the annual subscription more cost-effective per pill.
